Deduction In Your Panel Account
Did you find a deduction in your account and wondering about the possible reason? Your account remains in the control of Cint, and they make the deduction if they find any unusual activity. Response and Earn do not have access to your account or surveys.
There can be various reasons why you have faced a deduction in your account. Cint can deduct your reward if you have given false or bad responses. In addition, if you haven’t completed the survey within the required time frame, your reward will be canceled.
Moreover, if your answers are not according to the red herring directive, the client will not accept them. Lastly, if you could not answer open-ended questions properly, i.e. using inappropriate language, you will be disqualified from the survey, resulting in a deduction in your panel account.
